Release Date: Friday, June 16, 2006
This half term treat the children to a host of activities without lifting a finger at the newly opened four-star Almond Morgan Bay Resort in St Lucia.
Almond Morgan Bay runs four kid's clubs designed for children ranging from newborn babies up to 16 years old that are guaranteed to keep the kids entertained all day long from 9am until 10pm.
Admission to all kid's clubs is included in the holiday price and activities are tailored to different age groups. Younger children can take part in face painting, puppet craft, flower art, hair braiding, watch videos or play games whilst older children can take part in cookery classes, movie star make-overs and disco nights. For teenagers there is a Teen Centre with Nintendo games and playstations. Children can also participate in the wide variety of sports that are available at the hotel as part of the all-inclusive holiday package or swim in the two children's pools. There is also a children's restaurant and a separate children's play area.
Whilst the little ones are enjoying themselves at the kids club, there is plenty for mums and dads to do as well. The hotel's adult facilities include a fitness centre, water sports with free tuition, two swimming pools and for a bit of pampering, there are spa treatments such as massages, facials and manicures available at a locally payable price. For the evenings, if parents want to have a romantic night alone at one of the four gourmet a la carte restaurants, a private babysitting service is available for a locally payable fee.
