Hotel Accountant - General Ledger - Barbados
The ideal candidate will report to the Financial Controller. His / her duties will include maintenance of the general ledger, monthly preparations and analysis of financial reports including the financial statements.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Three – five years experience as a hotel accountant
- Working knowledge of SAP
- ACCPAC or other accounting qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of computer programs
- Quantitative analysis skills

Human Resources Manager - Barbados

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Manager with a modern and progressive approach to Human Resources management. They will have involvement and responsibility for a full range of Human Resources activities including Recruitment, Talent Management and Industrial / Employee Relations. They must be an effective negotiator with a personable disposition and the interpersonal skills to communicate on all levels and across all cultures.
Requirement/ Qualification:
- Candidates must have at least five (5) years experience in Human Resources Management at a senior level
- Be versed in the Labour Laws and Statutes of Barbados.
- The minimum qualification acceptable would be a degree in Human Resources Management.
- International experience as well as a sound administrative background would be definite assets.

Food & Beverage Controller - Barbados
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the efficient management of the Food and Beverage system, by ensuring adherence to purchasing, storage, usage and cost control policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the supervision of Food & Beverage control functions and provide internal customers with accurate and timely cost reporting.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
- Previous Knowledge of SAP or other inventory control software
- Ability to analyze reports and be able to transfer data to other programs
- Must have a flexible schedule
- A valid driver’s license
The successful applicant should have a good basic education with four (4) or more CXC General passes or its equivalent, including English and Mathematics and two to three years’ experience in a similar position.
