We have recently booked another 8 night stay at the Almond Beach Club & Spa. This will be out 11th time here in the past 12 years. The food is so good, that we have never had a meal off of the property. The resturant staff are the best we have ever experienced anywhere. This is the perfect spot to come to is what you need to do is simply relax. No one ever bothers you and every staff member treats you with respect. Every year, when we leave, we tell them: "God willing, and you change nothing, we'll be back next year" Just a prefect resort.

We enjoyed our fourth visit to Almond Beach Village in November 2007, being our fourth visit in three years. Barbados is a truly enchanting Island and the Amond Beach Village will make you want to return time and time again! We love everything about the Village, the food is fantastic, the staff are lovely, the location could not be better, however, the rooms are a huge let down. We have watched them decline over the past four years and they are now in urgent need of an overhaul. We would love to return for a fifth visit but unless the rooms receive that desparate overhaul we will look elsewhere.

We have just returned from a two week break at Almond smuglers Cove. Whilst this was one of the best hotels that we have experienced in recent years we would warn that the hotel location suffers very badly from mosquito s so if you suffer take all possible precautions

We have just returned from the most wonderful 2 week stay at Almond Beach Village, Barbados. The holiday was to celebrate my 50th birthday and what a fantastic time we had. We have done All Inclusive before in Antigua and Mexico which were good, but they did not compare to Barbados. The restaurants are as good as any we have dined in in the UK and in particular we loved the Italian Restaurant, the presentation and flavours of the food were second to none. With the exception of a couple of cloudy days one with heavy rain we have no complaints, my only negative comment would be that the rooms are a little dated and tired, however they were very comfortable and clean. We would love to return there one day and keep thinking whistfully about what we were doing this time last week

We satyed at the Almond Beach village in Novemeber 07 and we were part of a group of 21 as it was a special occasion- My daughters wedding, Wow what can i say it was the best holiday ever. I am hoping to return again somethime this year, They made every thing seem so easy the wedding went without a hitch, they ensured that all our needs were catered for and made sure that on the wedding day we all sat together an booked us into 2 different restaraunts, the Horizon at lunch and them the sea food restaraunt in the evening, Many of the guests we were with are also hoping to return again. The staff are great and nothing is too much for them. Keep it up hope to see you all again later this year.

I stayed at the Almond Morgan Bay in may for my friends wedding, and can only say that the whole experience was throughly enjoyable! I have never relaxed so much, the 10 days I had there took all the stress of work away, and thanks to the staff, nothing was too much trouble! The water sports were great, and I cannot think of a better place to relax, Thanks to the time I had there, I even met my girlfriend over the 10 days. We will definately be going back!

We've just returned from a 14-night stay at Almond Smugglers Cove and we re wishing we were still there! The holiday was the best we've ever had and the resort exceeded our expections in so many ways and fell short almost no-where!

Our room was very clean and spacious with a huge bed. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges and water pressure was low (a problem common to the whole island) but that's about the only bad thing we can think of!

The resort is beautifully presented and maintained and although improvements are ongoing they are unobtrusive and don't spoil the holiday at all. The pools are kept clean (as is everywhere) and the staff are always genuinely friendly and very helpful.

Our biggest surprise was the food. We were expecting it to be nice but it was SUPERB! All our meals were lovely but we particularly liked Cafe Enids (French Creole) which, in addition to an already mouth-watering menu, had a lovely choice of Chef's Special every day.

Don't forget to get yourself a few rum punches. They're usualy served pre-made from a bottle, but if you want them to taste even better, get the bar staff to make you one from scratch!

We'll definitely go to other Almond Resorts and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Smugglers Cove.

Having stayed at the Almond Beach Club in the past, we decided to try Almond Morgan Bay and stayed for two weeks in September 2007.

What a great time we had! The food was wonderful and there was so much Choice and the presentation was superb. Morgans Pier and the Bamboo were our Favorite restaurants.

The swim up bar was the place to be during the day for the all important BBC's and rum and coke. The staff were great, the beach and gardens are beautiful.

Our room was very comfortable with amazing sunsets from the balcony and the size of that bed is missed back here in the UK!

There are lots of great people to make friends with too. We hope to return again soon.

Thank you

We've just stayed 9 nights at Almond smugglers cove in St Lucia. The stay was brilliant, the staff were brilliant! Andy and Byron were great at entertaining!

Lovely food - no complaints except some confusion over Spa Prices. Brilliant stay overall and can't wait to go back! Thank you all.

We just returned after 9 nights at the Almond Beach Village in Barbados. Before arriving we were especially concerned about how our 2 girls, Sophia 4 1/2 and Isabelle 2 1/2 would be treated as so often many places over promise. We needn't have worried. They ate out with us every night and got stuck into the Kids Club every morning which had cool activities planned from face painting to nature walks. The service was friendly and attentive and when comparing with the Bahamas you wouldn't go anywhere near Nassau again. Will be heading back next year for sure. If you have 2 little ones and are in desperate need of a break and are not sure where to go then this one is for you.

Just returned from The Almond Beach Club and Spa in Barbados after a wonderful 10 days. The food was amazing and the staff were outstanding.

A special hello to Tommy who made sure we became members of his Rum shop with his crazy shots, Randy, Celita, Sasha and "Snake hips" Andy who guaranteed we were never without a Cocktail and entertainment and of course the unforgettable Amir(aaaviit) who made sure we played "And Won" Volley Ball every day, (don't forget your Braveheart girlies).

We met so many amazing people, staff and guests and will miss you all very much.

Until next time that is...

We were married at the Almond Beach Club and Spa in Dec 2004, and had the most wonderful time ever! Even the heavy rain on the morning of our wedding couldn't dampen things for us, and whilst we had to marry inside instead of marrying in the beautiful gardens, the room was decorated beautifully for us. Even better, the sun came out to greet us following the wedding, which made for some stunning wedding photos. We met a lovely couple called Len and Heather, who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on the day of our wedding, and we asked them to be our witnesses. All in all we had a wonderful time, from the gorgeous food (especially as Im vegetarian), to the wonderful sea view room our time at Almond will never be forgotten. My only regret is going for just one week, but having left our then 18 mnth old son with his grandparents, we could stay no longer. Hopefully, we'll return one day for our wedding anniversary, and this time stay for longer! Many thanks, Heather and Craig (and Thomas & Holly)

Having just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at Almond Beach Village, We felt we just had to as they say put pen to paper. The only problem is where to start.

On arriving at ABV we were greeted by very warm and friendly staff who made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms have everything you need and are looked after by a lovely team of ladies who always greet you with a smile: this also applies to the teams who look after the gardens, maintenance; pools and site security.no one on the Almond team ever passes you without a friendly greeting and their smiles are infectious.

Food and drink is plentiful and again all the staff bend over backwards to accommodate your every need. We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary whilst we were there and that evening at La Smaritta we were surprised with champagne and a specially decorated cake.even with their very busy schedules they still found time for these extra special little touches. The entire staff at ABV is most definitely second to none.

We would especially like to give a mention to Julie, Jammy, Marla, Eldon and Steve at Guest Services nothing was too much trouble for them. Tanya in Sales and Marketing for everything she arranged for us. Marva at La Smaritta and Sean at The Reef for the way we were looked after when dining there. Bar Staff Lucille and Doreen who were always so cheerful and made the most wonderful cocktails! And not forgetting Roderick and Trevor. They each went out of their way to make our holiday so memorable

What more could anyone need; Wonderful people, Excellent food and drink, the sun shining in a beautiful blue sky, golden sands and turquoise seas.truly magical! Almond Beach Village is definitely Paradise found.we love everything about it and hope to return many, many times.

Thank you to one and all.
Stan, Alice and Andrea.

My husband and I were married at Almond Club & Spa in 2003 and came back for our second anniversary in 2005. We didn't leave the resort for 2 weeks - no need when you already have wonderful people, lovely food, stunning turquoise seas right there. Loved our room overlooking the ocean and the almond tree where we were married, the sound of the waves sending us to sleep - heaven! We don't want to holiday anywhere else. We are so lucky to have found our home-from-home special place in the world and can't wait to come back for our 5th wedding anniversary - we're counting the months/weeks/days already!

We have just returned from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in the Almond Beach Club & Spa, Barbados and was our first holiday without the family in 25 years. It was fantastic, the staff were outstanding! We both had a wonderful time, will definately be going back next year

We stayed at Almond Beach Village from September 2-9. It was absolutely the best vacation we've ever had! We went to Barbados to get married and we couldn't have picked a better resort to have our wedding. Everything was perfect! The food, the rooms, the beaches were amazing! The wedding itself was wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking about travelling to Barbados.

We just returned from the Almond Village last night, and can say that it was the most wonderful vacation we have been on. The staff at the Almond Village was impeccable especially Durwin who made our stay that much more memorable and is a wonderful individual along with Early and Matthew who helped up immensely during our water adventures. The restaurants always had a great assortments of food as we loved the made to order omlettes every day and dinner at La Smaritta three evenings out of the week. It was fabulous. The pools, the beach, the people, the easy check-in and check-out was fantastic. Thank you for making out stay so magical.

Marisol & Brian Ponchak Posted 8/21/06 11:13.00 A

We just returned from a week at Almond Morgan Bay in St. Lucia. It is a beautiful facility with a lot to offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful. We were expecting a lot of buffet food that was set out in warmers but were surprised that dinners were almost always ordered from menus. The selections at atleast one of the restaurants changed nightly and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean though not overly roomy. The only disappointment was the Teen area which turned out to be a small room that had a TV and internet access. It wasn't a big hangout for the teens but there was so much going on at the resort and the teens seemed to want to be where everyone else was anyway. The property is well maintained and you see the management staff mingling with the guests everywhere at all times of the day making sure people were well taken care of. The bar drinks are wonderful with a big selection and well made (not watered down or weak). Overall we were very happy with our stay at Almond Bay and would definately try one of their other locations when planning another trip.
